Pasta with Roasted Capsicum & Carrot Sauce
- 2 carrots
- 2 capsicum
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- salt & pepper
- Roast carrots and capsicum with salt and pepper and garlic-infused olive oil and Italian herbs on 160 C for 25 -30 mins
- Peel skins of capsicum (can keep on but makes it slightly bitter).
- Blend together with nutritional yeast and water.
- Stir into pasta of choice and enjoy!
