Co-Conspirators Brewpub is excited to announce the arrival of Mr Charlies, the renowned plant-based fast-food favourite, for an exclusive two-month popup! 

Mr. Charlies is known for its mouthwatering plant-based menu, featuring juicy burgers & crispy fries. This pop-up will offer a delicious and sustainable dining experience, whether you’re dedicated to plant-based eater or just curious about this Mcdonald’s style vegan experience! The pop-up will be available inside the Co-Conspirators Brewpub in Brunswick 🙂

When & What to expect

From 4th December 2024 to 2nd February 2025, food lovers can indulge in famous plant-based burgers, fries, and more alongside Co-Conspirators’ signature craft beers.

Guests can pair their favourite Mr Charlie’s creations with a fresh pint of Co-Conspirators beer. 

The event also coincides with a special celebration for Co-Conspirators Brewing Company that marks their 8th birthday, and the brewpub which celebrates 3 years in Brunswick.

For those who have missed the Mr Charlies hype, they are an American brand that last year brought their concept to our humble Australian shores! (Read more here). They are based in Redfern Sydney and our team can say from experience, that they are the real deal!

So we are very excited to see this collab and for our Melbourne community this is a great chance to try it for yourselves!

About Co-Conspirators Brewing Company

Established in 2016, Co-Conspirators Brewing Company is the brainchild of two couples – Jacqui Sacco, Tim Martin, Maggie and Deon Smit. The brewery started off as a hobby but quickly became an obsession.

Based out of their brewpub in Brunswick, CoConspirators is an independent brewery focused on collaboration, brewing beers that celebrate local ingredients and great partnerships.

After 5 years of brewing, the team opened their 195-person capacity venue in 2021. They continue to conspire with others to create great beer and foster a strong sense of community through every collaboration.
