The FREE November Vegan Easy Challenge is being held as a celebration of World Vegan
Day and World Vegan Month, which is coming up in just under a week’s time.
With Australian meat consumption down by 5.5% in the last two years and a further
decrease forecast for 2022, World Vegan Day (November 1) is a great opportunity for the
plant-curious and the wider public to start learning more about veganism in a supportive
setting for 30 days.
Charity partners, Animal Liberation Victoria, Vegan Easy, and Vegan Australia are excited
to host the November Challenge this World Vegan Month and the program is designed to
help participants from anywhere in the world learn about the philosophy and practicalities
of veganism. It includes a dietitian-approved meal plan and access to an extensive library
of delicious recipes. Plus, food demo videos from some stellar special guest cooks and
resources on everything a newcomer might need to kickstart their foray into a plant-based
Participants also have the option to tap into the knowledge of friendly volunteer mentors via a dedicated November Challenge online support group, or they can opt for
some one-on-one guidance.

The Vegan Easy Team will guide you with new and improved daily emails, suggested meals from our delicious, dietitian-approved 30 day menu and helpful vegan tips.
