Gaz Oakley aka the Avant Garde Vegan is a chef, author, and Youtuber who is known for his epic cooking skills and style. He recently shot his ‘day 44 of quarantine’ and gave us all a look into what he eats and how he keeps sane (and fit and healthy) during the lockdown.
In the video, Gaz talks us through some of his daily meals & fitness routine, that includes:
- Acai Bowls
- Lunges, Squats
- Shoulder raises
- Dips (Tricep)
