AvantGarde Vegans Healthy Quarantine routine
Gaz Oakley aka the Avant Garde Vegan is a chef, author, and Youtuber who is known for his epic cooking skills and style. Oakley is a vegan chef and cookbook author from Cardiff, Wales. He was described in the Daily Telegraph as “a star of the meat-free world”, whose “recipes have gained the respect of herbivores and carnivores alike”.
Over the isolation and quarantine period he recently shot his ‘day 44 of quarantine’ and gave us all a look into what he eats and how he keeps sane (and fit and healthy) during the lockdown. We thought it was a health and positive way to look at the current global situation and so we have shared it here for you below.
In the video, Gaz talks us through some of his daily meals & fitness routine, that includes:
- Acai Bowls
- Lunges, Squats
- Shoulder raises
- Dips (Tricep)
- Cardio (running)
- Tempeh Salad
- Fresh made juice
- Pasta with Vegan Chicken
