Patrik Baboumian is not only the strongest man in the world but also a vegan advocate and eater. In this video, Patrick shares how he maintains his strength and energy on a 100% plant-based diet. Be warned, Patrick is a professional athlete who consumes a huge amount of food and calories.
This would not be appropriate for the average person but it is incredible to see the thought and dedication that goes into his diet on a daily basis.
